Poorly little people?
Because you just never know when they're going to get ill!! And when you're going to need 'that cream' or 'that bottle'! Manju from PoorlyBoo has created this carefully selected box of essential babycare products all contained in this VERY cute PoorlyBoo box! She has asked many many parents what their essentials are from their own experiences and has collected them all together in her attractive Penguin logo-d carry box (which is also perfect for taking away with you as it's so easy to transport). Manju has two children of her own (who are 4 and 2), so she has drawn on her own experiences to narrow down the product list to the 13 contained in the PoorlyBoo box.
As a parent of two, the need to have essentials 'on hand' when playgroup germs take over your little one's nose/bottom/skin is so important. We would agree with Manju that pretty much 90% of the items in the box we already have been using - they're that useful! Within 4 days of being sent the box we had already found use for two of the items we didn't have! The Metanium nappy rash cream - I had never heard of before, but a nasty teething related nappy rash on Bernie (no instagram pics required here), was instantly soothed so much more efficiently with this vs the cream we had previously been using. And the nasal aspirator has been working a charm on two snotty boys (I'm sure they both just became 100 times more snotty after the PoorlyBoo box arrived)! Again, this was another item we didn't already use, but one we tried because it was in the box - and when disaster strikes, you just may as well throw all your resources at solving the snotty/windy/itchy/watery problem.
This would be an amazingly thoughtful gift for a new parent instead of the usual clothing sets and teddies (which those baby folk get so many of). It would also make a great baby shower gift. I love nothing more than a useful gift so should we ever be daft enough to have a third child - one of my lovely friends may buy this box to save me the hassle of going and buying them. Manju is currently selling these boxes at the introductory price of £34.99 over on her PoorlyBoo website, if you were to buy all of the items separately you would probably spend about £15 more, so looking into one of these boxes as a first port of call could save you quite a bit of money! Be sure to drop her a note and tell her where you heard about her Poorly Boo box wont you!
